Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- One to three months related customer service experience or equivalent
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Proficient reading and writing skills in English
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients
- Acknowledge and greet guests promptly using guest last names and salutations
- Practice proper phone etiquette and assist guests with directions, reservations and inquiries
- Provide information about facility amenities and local attractions
- Collect and reconcile revenue accurately, furnish receipts, and complete shift reports
- Operate register, gate controls and credit card machines
- Identify and collect revenue for overnight vehicles
- Maintain claim checks, guest folio archives and key inventories
- Pull guest keys in pick up order
- Maintain clean and neat work environment including cashier booth and surrounding areas
- Collect claim checks from guests prior to issuing keys
- Check keys for vehicle location and damage surveys prior to securing keys
