Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent education required
- Previous customer service experience desired
- Must be able to stand for up to 7 hours per day
- Ability to perform various physical tasks including grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing
- Listening and hearing ability
- Visual acuity
- Must be able to perform tasks primarily outdoors
Job Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education required
- Previous customer service experience desired
Job Duties
- Receive and communicate all vehicle pulls to the key control coordinator
- Input and control the parking charges and take required parking service payment and handle cash accordingly
- Answer all calls from guest rooms regarding vehicles to be pulled
- Ensure vehicles are pulled in a timely manner and to the guest specification
- Organize and communicate outside transportation
