Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately
- attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- basic computer literacy
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously
- assist guests with valet parking transactions
- answer questions regarding parking fees, policies, and hotel amenities
- handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
- collect valet parking fees from guests
- process payments accurately using cash registers or electronic systems
- ensure all transactions are recorded and balanced at the end of each shift
- issue receipts and maintain records of transactions
- coordinate closely with valet attendants to manage parking spaces efficiently
- communicate effectively with the front desk and other hotel departments regarding guest needs and issues
- provide clear and concise information to guests regarding parking procedures and hotel services
- prepare daily reports and reconcile cash drawers
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier’s workstation
- assist in maintaining accurate records of parking transactions and revenues
- ensure the safety and security of guest vehicles and personal belongings left in vehicles
- follow established procedures for key management and vehicle retrieval
