Job Requirements
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic payment systems
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously
- Assist guests with valet parking transactions
- Answer questions regarding parking fees, policies, and hotel amenities
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
- Collect valet parking fees from guests
- Process payments accurately using cash registers or electronic systems
- Ensure all transactions are recorded and balanced at the end of each shift
- Issue receipts and maintain records of transactions
- Coordinate closely with valet attendants to manage parking spaces efficiently
- Communicate effectively with the front desk and other hotel departments regarding guest needs and issues
- Provide clear and concise information to guests regarding parking procedures and hotel services
- Prepare daily reports and reconcile cash drawers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier's workstation
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of parking transactions and revenues
- Ensure the safety and security of guest vehicles and personal belongings left in vehicles
- Follow established procedures for key management and vehicle retrieval
