- Valid driver’s license
- ability to operate a manual transmission
- able to promote enthusiasm, passion, teamwork, and leadership
- demonstrated leadership skills

- strong desire to serve customers with courtesy and professionalism
- able to sit or stand for extended periods accounting for 95 percent of shift time
- ability to drive and park vehicles of varying sizes as applicable
- ability to withstand varying weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, and cold as applicable
- must be 18 years of age or older
- able to read, write, comprehend and converse in English

Job Duties
- Lead by example and set standards and expectations for valet department
- demonstrate courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers, colleagues, management, and clients
- adhere to company mission, core values, and cultural standards
- report to work on time and for scheduled shifts
- assist valet department management with daily operations including managing arrival and departure areas, keyboards, valet stalls/lots, issuing change, tickets, and supplies
- train new valet team members
- lead huddle sessions
- attend management huddles and meetings as requested
- learn and use CVPS software program
- cover various valet department positions and areas as needed
- provide parking information and directions to customers
- resolve customer complaints and operational issues
- keep work areas clean and organized
- perform other duties as assigned
