Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years
- ability to adapt to minimal to moderate noise levels
- physically able to stand, walk, and carry items up to 50 pounds
- strong written and spoken communication skills
- energetic and outgoing personality
- ability to thrive in fast-paced customer service settings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum of 2 years valid driver’s license
- experience in valet parking or parking supervision preferred
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to operate manual (stick-shift) and automatic transmissions
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- friendly and professional attitude
- ability to handle fast-paced environments and resolve issues positively
- prior supervisory experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
- park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- perform cashier duties as needed
- explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests
- inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines
- maintain company uniform appearance and professional demeanor
- supervise and guide other parking valets
- ensure all vehicles and keys are organized in appropriate areas
- open vehicle doors and assist guests with luggage and building entry
- issue tickets and receipts to customers
- report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to local manager
- maintain a clean and orderly parking area free of debris and unauthorized materials
- provide company standards of service including greetings, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking customers
- assist customers with directions and inquiries
- complete minor cleaning, maintenance, or special projects as assigned
