Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • valid driver’s license with minimum 2 years driving experience
  • ability to adapt to moderate noise levels
  • energetic and physically able to stand, walk, and carry items up to 50lbs
  • excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks
  • reliable and punctual
  • able to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years driving experience
  • ability to operate manual (stick-shift) transmission preferred
  • previous parking or supervisory experience advantageous
  • excellent communication skills in both written and spoken language
  • energetic and able to stand, walk, and lift items up to 50lbs
  • friendly and professional approach to customer service
  • capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to resolve customer issues effectively

Job Duties

  • Greet guests cheerfully and thank them upon exit
  • park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently
  • perform cashier duties as needed
  • explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests
  • inspect vehicles before taking possession following company guidelines
  • maintain company uniform and professional demeanor
  • supervise and guide other parking valets
  • organize vehicles and keys appropriately
  • issue tickets to customers upon arrival
  • assist with luggage and open vehicle or building doors as necessary
  • report accidents, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to management
  • maintain a clean and orderly valet area
  • assist customers with directions and inquiries
  • resolve customer issues positively and professionally
