Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous work experience in customer service environment beneficial
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Compliance with Sanford driver qualification standards for insurability
- Meet all medical guidelines for Sanford Health Category II drivers

Job Duties
- Meet and greet customers including patients, families, and visitors
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely using manual or automatic transmissions
- Provide directions and assist customers using handicapped parking areas
- Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of all valet entrances
- Assist healthcare staff with patient discharge by opening vehicle doors and loading personal belongings
- Transport non-emergent patients and visitors within a one-mile radius of the medical care facility
- Demonstrate empathy and excellent customer service even during busy and stressful times
