Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Current valid driver's license
- Meet medical guidelines for Sanford Health Category II drivers
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to walk up to eight miles per day at a steady pace
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous work experience in customer service beneficial
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Compliance with Sanford driver qualification standards
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Create a positive first and last impression to customers
- Meet and greet patients, families, and visitors
- Park vehicles safely and provide directions
- Assist customers using handicapped areas
- Maintain general upkeep of valet entrances
- Retrieve and return vehicles to customers
- Assist healthcare staff with patient discharge by opening vehicle doors and loading belongings
