Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Comply with Sanford driver qualification standards
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physical ability to walk up to eight miles per day
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Positive attitude and adaptability
- Able to communicate effectively and courteously with customers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience beneficial
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Must have a current valid driver’s license
- Must meet medical guidelines for Sanford Health Category II drivers
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and provide excellent customer service
- Good communication skills and ability to interact tactfully and courteously with guests
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding front line customer service and create positive impressions
- Greet patients, families, and visitors and assist with parking vehicles
- Offer directions and assist handicapped individuals
- Maintain general upkeep of valet entrances inside and outside
- Retrieve vehicles and return them to customers promptly
- Assist healthcare staff during patient discharge by opening doors and loading belongings
- Operate all types of motor vehicles safely and comply with driver qualification standards
