Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
previous experience performing same or similar job duties preferred
ability to remain organized and calm in a fast paced environment
previous experience working in a team or group environment
able to write legibly on a consistent basis
high school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal
obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company

Job Duties

Greet guests as they arrive and leave the property
work closely with valet staff to ensure timely and efficient vehicle drop-off and pick-up
accurately issue and retrieve parking tickets for guests
receive keys from valet attendants and ensure proper storage
ensure all key packet information is complete and legible
maintain readiness of keys and tickets for valet attendants
keep a transaction log
monitor inventory of supplies and assist with ordering and restocking
answer phone calls and assist accordingly
maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet booth
provide outstanding customer service
perform other duties as assigned
