Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a clear and current driver’s license report from DMV
- Must be 18 years or older
- Comfortable driving any size and type of vehicle including manual transmission
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to follow traffic regulations strictly

Job Duties
- Exercise customer service as their top priority
- Must have a flexible schedule available for weekends and holidays
- Be the first and last contact guests have for the property providing excellent service
- Park and retrieve guest cars safely and efficiently
- Record the location of parking spaces and manage valet tickets properly
- Ensure customer keys and valet tickets are placed in the proper location
- Drive any size and type of vehicle including manual transmissions
- Provide claim checks and instruct guests on vehicle retrieval
- Give travel directions and information about property events and promotions
- Maintain an encouraging and uplifting attitude
- Obey all traffic regulations
- Treat customers courteously and resolve any service issues
- Deliver internal and external guest services ensuring quality interaction
- Greet arriving and departing guests and assist as needed with vehicle doors
- Be knowledgeable about property amenities and room features
- Perform on-property deliveries such as amenities, flowers, and dry-cleaning
- Provide luggage pick-up and delivery upon guest arrival and departure
