Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Must maintain acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
- Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
- Must be able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Must maintain professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to use communication tools such as phones and radios
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles
- Follow key handling procedures and all safety guidelines
- Clock in/out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
- Keep the valet area clean, organized and presentable at all times
- Handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
- Support a positive team environment
- Arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work
- Follow all company rules and policies
- Help with other tasks as needed to support the team and daily operations
