Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Previous customer service experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Must maintain acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
Must be able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
Must maintain professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Ability to use communication tools such as phones and radios

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
Safely park and retrieve vehicles
Follow key handling procedures and all safety guidelines
Clock in/out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
Keep the valet area clean, organized and presentable at all times
Handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
Support a positive team environment
Arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work
Follow all company rules and policies
Help with other tasks as needed to support the team and daily operations
