Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- possess an Alcohol Awareness Card
- able to drive all class 'C' vehicles including large vehicles
- have a DMV printout with a clean 3-year driving record
- comply with grooming standards prohibiting visible tattoos, piercings, or unnatural hair colors
- physically able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds
- able to work graveyard shift
- committed to guest service excellence

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- open doors for guests entering the building
- work efficiently in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- assist guests with checking luggage in and out
- provide assistance with taxi services and directions
- maintain a clean and safe hotel lobby area
- apply Atlantis Service Standards consistently
- ensure bell tags are properly filled out
- support the Valet department during peak times
- perform other incidental duties as required
- control guest check-ins and check-outs for timely service
