Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Successful background check
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and full uniform
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Use of communication devices such as phones and radios
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
- Pass and maintain a clean background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple responsibilities
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and company policies
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
Job Duties
- Check vehicle for damage and record details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles following all safety and key handling procedures
- Clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
- Keep valet area clean, organized and presentable
- Handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
- Support a positive team environment
- Arrive on time in full uniform and follow all company policies
- Assist with other tasks to support daily operations
