Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean motor vehicle record
  • Successful background check
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Professional appearance and full uniform
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Use of communication devices such as phones and radios

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
  • Pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and company policies
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset

Job Duties

  • Check vehicle for damage and record details on claim tickets
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles following all safety and key handling procedures
  • Clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
  • Keep valet area clean, organized and presentable
  • Handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
  • Support a positive team environment
  • Arrive on time in full uniform and follow all company policies
  • Assist with other tasks to support daily operations
