Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
Job Qualifications
- less than three moving violations in the previous three years
- no DUI convictions
- current driver’s license
- ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- effective communication skills with guests and team members
- familiarity with local area and attractions
- experience operating a twelve-passenger van or stretch limousine preferred
- valid CDL license where applicable
Job Duties
- greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- assist guests with parking and retrieving vehicles promptly
- manage valet parking to ensure safety and efficiency
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- operate vehicles carefully following all safety regulations
- provide information about local attractions when requested
