Job Requirements
- Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- be 21 years or older
- have no more than one moving violation over a 2-year period
- pass annual motor vehicle report screening
- able to lift and transport at least 50 pounds
- able to push/pull equipment up to 250 pounds
- able to stand and move for up to 4 hours
- capable of running up to 500 yards multiple times per day
- willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- wear comfortable closed-toe non-skid shoes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous valet or customer service experience preferred
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- thorough knowledge of local areas and roads
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- ability to maintain professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Greet and receive customers with high quality customer service
- park guest cars and secure vehicles safely
- assist guests with luggage and belongings
- provide transportation in the company vehicle
- direct traffic of vehicles at hotel or restaurant entrance
- record guest information and parking location on valet tickets
- return rental vehicles for guests
- complete errands and deliveries for guests
- answer questions about the hotel, restaurant, and surrounding areas
- maintain professional appearance and uniform standards
- respond graciously to guest service issues and report to management
- prioritize safety in all operations
- run between valet stations efficiently
- perform additional tasks as assigned by management
