Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- clean driving record with no more than one moving violation in the past two years
- able to pass an annual motor vehicle record screen
- physical ability to lift and transport at least 50 pounds
- able to push and pull carts or equipment weighing up to 250 pounds
- able to stand and move quickly for periods up to four hours
- must be willing to work outdoors in all types of weather
- previous valet or customer service experience preferred
- comfortable closed-toe, non-skid shoes required
Job Qualifications
- Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- strong English language skills with effective verbal and written communication
- ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
- knowledge of local areas and roads
- experience driving vehicles for at least three years
- able to drive stick shift preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet and receive customers with high-quality customer service
- park guest cars and secure vehicles safely
- assist guests with luggage and belongings
- provide transportation in the company vehicle
- record guest information accurately on valet tickets
- return rental vehicles for guests
- run errands and deliveries for guests
- direct traffic of vehicles at hotel or restaurant entrance
- secure taxis and transportation for guests
- maintain professional appearance and uniform standards
- respond graciously to guest service issues and report to management
- conduct all duties with safety as a priority
- perform additional tasks as assigned by management
