Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- United States driver’s license held for a minimum of 3 years with clean DMV record
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 6 months valet or professional driving related experience preferred
- Ability to safely operate both manual and automatic vehicles
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Has possessed United States driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years with proof of a clean DMV record
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 6 months valet or professional driving related experience preferred
- Can safely operate both manual and automatic vehicles
Job Duties
- Report to work in complete company provided uniform including name tag
- Provide guest services in a highly professional manner exceeding guest expectations at all times
- Greet customers, park and secure vehicles, including locking doors and closing all hatches and windows
- Must be able to receive money from other associates and guests for valet parking and make correct change
- Greet and interact with the guest in a friendly and professional manner creating the WOW experience
- Inspect and evaluate physical condition of valet area including front drive, garage, and lobby for cleanliness and report any necessary repairs or safety concerns
- Interact with fellow associates in a courteous and professional manner
- Report unsafe work conditions/practices and safety/security violations in accordance with company policy
- Keep work areas in front of house and back of house clean
- Attend and participate in all appropriate and/or mandatory meetings and ongoing training sessions
- Maintain good attitude and work ethic practices to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required
- Assist doorperson and bell staff as needed
- Fill out a guest parking ticket legibly with required details according to ticket type
- Ensure all vehicles valet parked are parked by valet staff only
- Drive slow and carefully when parking a guest car and move quickly when retrieving
- Perform daily garage checks
- Successfully complete other duties as assigned
