Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Possess United States driver’s license for minimum of 3 years with proof of a clean DMV record
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 6 months valet or professional driving related experience preferred
- Ability to safely operate both manual and automatic vehicles

Job Duties
- Report to work in complete company provided uniform including name tag
- Provide guest services in a highly professional manner exceeding guest expectations at all times
- Greet customers, park and secure vehicles including locking doors and closing all hatches and windows
- Handle money transactions accurately for valet parking and make correct change
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner creating a 'WOW' experience
- Inspect and evaluate physical condition of valet area for cleanliness and report necessary repairs or safety concerns
- Collaborate courteously and professionally with fellow associates
- Report unsafe work conditions, safety, or security violations per company policy
- Keep work areas clean both front of house and back of house
- Attend and participate in all mandatory meetings and ongoing training sessions
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic to ensure maximum operating efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required
- Assist doorperson and bell staff as needed
- Complete guest parking tickets legibly with all required information
- Ensure all valet parked vehicles are parked only by authorized valet associates
- Drive carefully when parking guest vehicles and expedite retrieval
- Perform daily garage checks
- Successfully complete other duties as assigned
