Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive stick shift vehicles
- Minimum of 3 years driving experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to lift and transport at least 50 pounds
- Ability to push or pull carts and equipment up to 250 pounds
- Ability to stand and move for up to 4 hours continuously
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Must have no more than one moving violation in the past 2 years
- Must pass annual motor vehicle record screening
- Comfortable closed toe non-skid shoes
Job Qualifications
- Ability to maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to drive stick shift transmission and all types of vehicles
- Thorough knowledge of local areas and roads
- 3 years' experience driving vehicles
- Strong understanding of the English language
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
Job Duties
- Directs traffic of vehicles at hotel or restaurant entrance
- Secures taxis or transportation for guests or visitors
- Assists guests with luggage
- Parks guest vehicles and secures vehicle
- Records guest's information on valet ticket and parking spot, uses correct ticket color and advises guests of charges
- Returns rental vehicles for guests
- Completes errands or deliveries for guests
- Answers questions about hotel or restaurant and surrounding areas
- Transports guests within 5-mile radius in company vehicle
- Provides gracious and professional service efficiently
- Maintains professional appearance and uniform
- Responds to guest service issues and reports to management
- Prioritizes safety in all actions
- Performs additional tasks as assigned by management
