Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • able to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • ability to lift and transport at least 50 pounds
  • able to push/pull carts up to 250 pounds
  • able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • willing to work in various weather conditions
  • comfortable closed-toe non-skid shoes required
  • minimum age of 19 years
  • no more than one moving violation in the past 2 years
  • must pass annual motor vehicle record screening

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years driving experience
  • valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • knowledge of local roads and area
  • ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • professional and courteous demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greet and receive customers with high-quality customer service
  • park guest vehicles safely and efficiently
  • assist guests with luggage and belongings
  • provide transportation to guests within a 5-mile radius using company vehicle
  • direct vehicle traffic at hotel and restaurant entrances
  • record guest and vehicle details accurately using color-coded tickets
  • return rental vehicles for guests
  • complete errands and deliveries as needed
  • answer guest inquiries about the hotel, restaurant, and local area
  • maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
  • respond to guest service issues promptly and report to management
  • prioritize safety while performing all duties
  • run quickly to assist new patrons after parking vehicles
  • adhere to uniform standards
