Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a clean criminal background
- Have an excellent driving record verified by a motor vehicle report
- Be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
- Be available on weekends or holidays
- Have prior customer service experience preferred
- Be able to communicate effectively
- Be able to lift up to 35 pounds and have full mobility
- Be able to stand for extended periods and perform continuous movement

Job Duties
- Extend a genuine and friendly welcome to arriving guests
- Carefully and efficiently park, secure, and retrieve vehicles
- Respond helpfully to questions about the property, directions, and nearby happenings
- Graciously assist guests with issues arising out of the parking experience
- Provide excellent customer service
- Be a team player
