Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Previous customer service experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
Ability to stand, walk, run short distances and lift up to 50 lbs
Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to work in varied weather conditions including heat, cold and rain
Ability to maintain professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
Ability to use communication tools including phones and radios
Availability for full-time or part-time shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Previous customer service experience preferred
A helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset are essential
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
Ability to deliver exceptional guest service through clear, professional communication and active listening
Ability to create welcoming, personalized interactions that reflect company standards
Adherence to company policies and procedures
Ability to adapt effectively to changing environments and manage multiple responsibilities
Ability to follow safety guidelines and use equipment properly

Job Duties

Record vehicle condition and damage on claim tickets
Safely operate guest vehicles and follow key handling protocols
Accurately clock in/out and report all tips
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
Arrive on time in uniform and follow all company policies
Assist with additional duties as needed
