Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record
- Clean background check
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Professional appearance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong customer service mindset and helpful attitude
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
- Availability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards
Job Duties
- Check vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles following all safety and key handling procedures
- Clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of valet area
- Handle guest concerns politely and provide customer service
- Support a positive team environment and assist with other tasks as needed
- Arrive on time, in full uniform, and follow all company policies
