Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • maintain acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years)
  • pass and maintain clean background check
  • ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • adherence to uniform and grooming standards
  • ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to maintain acceptable motor vehicle record
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple responsibilities
  • ability to adhere to company policies and safety guidelines

Job Duties

  • Check vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets
  • safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling and safety procedures
  • clock in and out on time, report tips accurately
  • keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable
  • handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
  • arrive on time, in full uniform, ready to work
  • assist with other tasks as needed to support team and operations
