Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
No more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
Successful background check
Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Professional appearance and grooming standards
Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
Willingness to use communication tools like phones and radios

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Previous customer service experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Maintenance of an acceptable motor vehicle record
Successful completion of background check
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing environments
Dependability and adherence to safety procedures

Job Duties

Check vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets
Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles following all safety guidelines
Clock in and out for shifts and breaks accurately and report tips
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
Handle guest concerns politely and professionally and resolve issues promptly
Arrive on time in full uniform and adhere to company policies
Support team with additional duties as needed to ensure smooth operations
