Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • No more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
  • Successful background check
  • Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards
  • Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
  • Willingness to use communication tools like phones and radios

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Maintenance of an acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Successful completion of background check
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments
  • Dependability and adherence to safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Check vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles following all safety guidelines
  • Clock in and out for shifts and breaks accurately and report tips
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
  • Handle guest concerns politely and professionally and resolve issues promptly
  • Arrive on time in full uniform and adhere to company policies
  • Support team with additional duties as needed to ensure smooth operations
