Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One month related experience and/or training or equivalent
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Ability to perform basic math operations
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Willingness to work flexible, open availability schedule

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background and drug screen
  • One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend standard English
  • Ability to effectively present information to guests and clients
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
  • Ability to perform parallel parking
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable

Job Duties

  • Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients
  • Acknowledge and greet guests with a professional and friendly attitude
  • Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
  • Provide information and assistance regarding directions, taxis, reservations and local amenities
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests
  • Complete and maintain all parking ticket information accurately
