  • ability to stand and lift 50 pounds
  • availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
  • ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • strong customer service mindset
  • effective communication and active listening skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • professionalism and adherence to uniform and grooming standards

Job Duties

  • Check vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets
  • safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling and safety procedures
  • clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
  • keep valet area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • handle guest concerns politely, solve problems quickly, and support a positive team environment
  • arrive on time in full uniform and ready to work, adhere to all company rules and policies
  • assist with other tasks to support daily operations and team needs
