Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work or within commutable distance
One (1) month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
Ability to read and write standard English language
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization
Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s
ability to perform these operations using units of American money
Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
Perform parallel parking

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Job Duties

Maintain pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and co-workers
Greet guests within five feet using last names and professional salutations
Park and retrieve vehicles carefully and efficiently
Assist guests with bell services and luggage handling
Provide directions, taxi arrangements, and reservation assistance
Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests
Issue claim checks and maintain accurate records of vehicle information and transactions
