Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work or within commutable distance
- One (1) month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Ability to read and write standard English language
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization
- Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s
- ability to perform these operations using units of American money
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
- Perform parallel parking
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Understanding of 24-hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
- Ability to operate manual transmission highly desirable
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and co-workers
- Greet guests within five feet using last names and professional salutations
- Park and retrieve vehicles carefully and efficiently
- Assist guests with bell services and luggage handling
- Provide directions, taxi arrangements, and reservation assistance
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests
- Issue claim checks and maintain accurate records of vehicle information and transactions
