Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by safely parking and retrieving vehicles
- Ensure smooth and courteous experience for patients and visitors
- Assist individuals with mobility limitations entering and exiting vehicles
- Maintain an organized and clean valet area including the parking lot
- Accurately record vehicle information on claim tickets and manage the ticket system
- Abide by all safety regulations including proper vehicle operation and traffic laws
- Communicate effectively with hospital staff and fellow valet attendants
