Job Duties
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
- Assist individuals with mobility limitations entering and exiting vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of valet areas
- Accurately record vehicle information and manage ticket systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols, vehicle operation guidelines, and emergency procedures
- Provide directions and answer questions regarding hospital facilities and services
