Job Duties
- provide exceptional customer service by safely parking and retrieving vehicles
- professionally greet arriving patients, visitors, and staff
- assist with luggage or mobility devices as needed
- ensure proper vehicle placement and security
- accurately record vehicle information on claim tickets
- efficiently manage the ticket system for timely vehicle retrieval
- prioritize assistance for patients with mobility limitations
- adhere to safety regulations and proper vehicle operation
- provide directions and answer questions about hospital facilities
- maintain a clean and organized valet area
- follow established shift schedules and communicate with hospital staff
- abide by uniform policies to represent the facility professionally
