Job Qualifications

- Experience operating manual and automatic vehicles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a hospitality or guest service role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and guest satisfaction focus
Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with loading and unloading vehicles
- Safely and efficiently relocate guest automobiles to designated parking locations
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with hotel guest services
- Maintain knowledge of daily hotel events to assist guests appropriately
- Ensure vehicles are handled with care and returned promptly upon guest departure
- Uphold safety standards when operating manual and automatic vehicles
- Provide courteous and efficient service in all guest interactions
