Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • reliable transportation
  • no more than 3 moving violations within the last 3 years
  • clean background check
  • ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
  • ability to work in various weather conditions
  • compliance with company rules and policies

Job Duties

  • Check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
  • safely park and retrieve vehicles
  • follow key handling procedures
  • follow all safety guidelines
  • clock in/out for shifts and breaks on time
  • report tips accurately
  • keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • handle guest concerns politely
  • solve problems quickly
  • support a positive team environment
  • arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work
  • follow all company rules and policies
  • help with other tasks as needed to support the team and daily operations
