Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- previous customer service experience preferred
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- no more than 3 moving violations within the last 3 years
- clean background check
- ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
- available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
- ability to work in various weather conditions
- compliance with company rules and policies

Job Duties
- Check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
- safely park and retrieve vehicles
- follow key handling procedures
- follow all safety guidelines
- clock in/out for shifts and breaks on time
- report tips accurately
- keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- handle guest concerns politely
- solve problems quickly
- support a positive team environment
- arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work
- follow all company rules and policies
- help with other tasks as needed to support the team and daily operations
