Job Requirements

high school diploma or GED
valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
adherence to uniform and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or GED
previous customer service experience preferred
helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
valid driver’s license
acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
ability to deliver exceptional guest service through professional communication and active listening
ability to create personalized, welcoming guest interactions
ability to adhere to company policies and procedures
ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple responsibilities
ability to follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions
physical ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
ability to use communication tools such as phones and radios

Job Duties

check for vehicle damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling procedures
clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
maintain a clean, organized, and presentable valet area
handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work
assist with other tasks to support the team and daily operations
