Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- valid driver’s license for the state of employment or commutable distance
- one month related experience or equivalent combination of education and training
- knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- ability to read and write standard English
- ability to comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and memos
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings
- ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers including money units
- understanding of 24 hour and military time
- knowledge of rates applicable to time passed
- ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
- perform parallel parking
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of applicable parking rates
- ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
- ability to perform parallel parking
Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers and clients
- greet guests within five feet using last names and salutations
- post in designated areas when not completing tasks
- park and retrieve vehicles cautiously
- assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
- open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries
- provide information about facility amenities and local attractions
- deliver messages, items and guest amenities
- shuttle guests to approved locations
- explain parking rates and retrieval procedures
- issue claim checks after vehicle receipt
- collect claim checks prior to key issuance
- maintain ticket information including key tags, guest folios, vehicle locations and damage surveys
- calculate and collect parking revenue when required
