Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work
- One month related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple English instructions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to park vehicles safely including parallel parking
- Capability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and withstand outdoor working conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid driver’s license for the state of employment
- One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend basic English instructions and correspondence
- Strong communication skills for one-on-one and group interactions
- Basic arithmetic skills including handling money and time calculations
- Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle is highly desirable
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and professionally using their last names
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests, coworkers, and clients
- Park and retrieve guests’ vehicles carefully while driving cautiously
- Assist guests with bell services and luggage handling including delivery and pickup
- Provide guests with directions, taxi services, reservations, and information about local amenities
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures clearly to guests
- Issue and collect claim checks accurately and manage ticket information consistently
