Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree
  • Valid driver’s license for the applicable state or commutable distance
  • At least one month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Ability to perform basic math operations with American money
  • Ability to understand 24 and military time
  • Ability to drive safely and cautiously
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to withstand outdoor working conditions
  • Availability to work the 3 pm to 11 pm shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree
  • Must hold valid driver’s license for the state or commutable distance
  • One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of customer and personal services principles and processes
  • Ability to read and write standard English
  • Ability to comprehend instructions correspondence and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Ability to add subtract multiply and divide using American money units
  • Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
  • Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
  • Ability to operate manual transmission is highly desirable
  • Ability to perform parallel parking

Job Duties

  • Maintain pleasant friendly and professional demeanor with guests coworkers and clients
  • Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using guest last names
  • Use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location
  • Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette
  • Park and retrieve vehicles safely while driving cautiously
  • Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
  • Open all vehicle and hotel doors for guests
  • Assist guests with directions taxis reservations and other inquiries
  • Provide information about outlets meeting rooms amenities and main attractions
  • Deliver messages items and guest amenities as requested
  • Shuttle guests to approved locations
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests
  • Issue claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys
  • Collect claim checks from guests prior to issuing keys
  • Complete and maintain all ticket information including key tag guest folio location of vehicle damage survey and claim check receipt
  • Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when needed
