Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Clean background check
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform and grooming standards

Job Duties

  • Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
  • Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles following proper key handling procedures
  • Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out and accurate tip reporting
  • Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable
  • Handle challenging situations professionally and resolve problems promptly while supporting a positive team environment
  • Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, arrive on time in full uniform and proper grooming
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support company operational goals while remaining flexible
