Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Customer service experience preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Clean background check
Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check

Job Duties

Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles following proper key handling procedures
Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out and accurate tip reporting
Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable
Handle challenging situations professionally and resolve problems promptly while supporting a positive team environment
Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, arrive on time in full uniform and proper grooming
Perform other tasks as needed to support company operational goals while remaining flexible
