  • Valid driver’s license
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience in valet parking or customer service preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
  • provide clear directions and answer questions
  • assist hotel guests with luggage or parcels
  • safely park, maneuver, and retrieve vehicles
  • issue tickets and record necessary details
  • follow location specific procedures
  • return keys promptly and maintain organized key storage
  • document vehicle damage according to procedures
  • operate equipment such as car lifts following safety protocols
  • direct incoming vehicles using approved signals
  • keep drive lanes clear and vehicles appropriately parked
  • maintain a clean and orderly parking environment
  • assist with signage setup and adjustments
  • communicate safety hazards and equipment issues
  • follow all safety procedures and traffic flow guidelines
  • carry a valid driver’s license while operating vehicles
  • support special event operations by managing traffic flow and guest needs
  • complete required checklists and operational documentation
  • scan tickets, employee barcodes, or vehicle information as needed
