Job Requirements
- Be able to drive a standard transmission vehicle to the satisfaction of management (training can be arranged)
- Have own transportation
- Have experience working in customer service
- Be over the age of 18 due to laws about operating heavy machinery
- Hold a valid Class D driver’s license for at least one year
- Maintain a good driving record approved by management
- Pass a criminal records check
- Available to work weekends and holidays when necessary
- Stand for at least 8 hours per day
- Run multiple times a day
- Enter and exit vehicles frequently
- Lift baggage and assist with customers’ belongings
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions without shift cancellations
- Undergo a 30-day trial employment period
- Complete four shifts of training
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class D driver’s license held for at least one year
- Experience in customer service roles
- Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle with or without training
- Over the age of 18
- Good communication skills
- Neat appearance and positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously
- Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Handle customer belongings such as wheelchairs, strollers, and baggage with care
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies
- Work outdoors and maintain performance during inclement weather conditions
