Job Requirements

  • Must possess a valid state Driver's License with no careless motor vehicle accidents and no moving violations in the last three years
  • Ability to drive all makes and models of motor vehicles
  • Must have effective verbal communication skills
  • must be able to speak and understand English
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to run on level surfaces as well as up and down stairs in order to park and retrieve vehicles as quickly as possible

Job Duties

  • Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards
  • greets arriving and departing guests
  • parks guest vehicles in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner
  • retrieves customer vehicles from specified areas in an efficient and safe manner
  • performs drive-and-park assignments per department policies and procedures
  • promptly reports any incidents to supervisor
  • performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned
