Job Requirements
- Valid Illinois Secretary of State driver’s license
- Ability to provide friendly and professional customer service
- Capability to assist customers with mobility challenges
- Willingness to work various shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic knowledge of vehicle handling and parking
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Illinois Secretary of State driver’s license
- Previous experience in customer service roles preferred but not required
- Ability to assist customers with varied mobility needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and assist patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism
- Provide efficient valet services including vehicle parking and retrieval
- Assist customers with mobility issues when entering or exiting their vehicles
- Develop and maintain excellent public relations and customer service
- Ensure all valet operations comply with safety and organizational standards
- Communicate effectively with hospital staff and management to coordinate services
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area to enhance customer experience
