Job Requirements

  • Valid Illinois Secretary of State driver’s license
  • Ability to provide friendly and professional customer service
  • Capability to assist customers with mobility challenges
  • Willingness to work various shifts
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle handling and parking
  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Illinois Secretary of State driver’s license
  • Previous experience in customer service roles preferred but not required
  • Ability to assist customers with varied mobility needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism
  • Provide efficient valet services including vehicle parking and retrieval
  • Assist customers with mobility issues when entering or exiting their vehicles
  • Develop and maintain excellent public relations and customer service
  • Ensure all valet operations comply with safety and organizational standards
  • Communicate effectively with hospital staff and management to coordinate services
  • Maintain a clean and organized valet area to enhance customer experience
