Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Maintain acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
- Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Adherence to uniform and grooming standards
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor settings, including parking garages and active traffic areas
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Check vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling and safety procedures
- Clock in and out on time and report tips accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of valet area
- Handle guest concerns professionally and support team collaboration
- Arrive on time in full uniform and adhere to company policies
- Assist with additional tasks to support daily operations
