Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to safely operate vehicles including manual transmission
- strong interpersonal skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license
- physical capability to handle luggage and walking for long periods

- prior experience in valet or customer service roles preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- basic knowledge of vehicle safety practices
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Job Duties
- Greet guests enthusiastically with a smile
- open doors for all guests
- safely park vehicles in designated valet areas
- check vehicles for damage and document on ticket
- hand keys to Key Attendant
- manage ticketing during the drive
- assist with guest baggage transport
- retrieve vehicles safely and promptly
- ensure guests receive claim tickets and collect tickets upon vehicle retrieval
- handle customer interactions and complaints positively
