Job Requirements

Willing to work a flexible schedule
ability to handle physically demanding tasks
proficiency in driving and parking various vehicles safely
maintain professional appearance according to uniform standards
dedicated to providing excellent customer service
good communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

At least one year of customer service experience
exceptional communication skills
ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
positive and upbeat personality
valid driver’s license
knowledge of vehicle safety and parking procedures

Job Duties

Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds
park and retrieve vehicles
maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, hotel staff and co-workers
practice AAA basics
immediately secure all keys
adhere to all AAA Parking uniform and appearance standards
ensure all guest's valet experiences are memorable and unique
