Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or above
- Required to obtain and maintain registration or a license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission
- Must have a Massachusetts driver's license
- Ability to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily
- Ability to talk, hear, stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, stoop, stretch, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl
- Ability to lift or maneuver at least 50 pounds
- Willingness to work varying schedules
- Ability to interact professionally with guests
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment
- Ability to work in noisy environments
- Ability to work at elevated places including ladders, lifts, catwalks, and staging inside and outside the building

Job Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- Culinary arts, hospitality or a related education or experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office a plus
- Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals
- Ability to respond to common inquiries from employees or guests
- Conversational English required, second language a plus
- Ability to write instructions and present information
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
Job Duties
- Ensures all Encore Boston Harbor core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied
- Participates in short-and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
- Monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness and effects changes required for improvement
- Identifies key drivers of success
- Actively contributes to departmental performance, and the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental policies and procedures
- Follows that all applicable internal policies, federal and state laws, rules, regulations and property-wide controls are enforced within the department
- Delivers and maintains a maximum level of property-wide service and satisfaction
- Contributes to company-wide communication and best practices
- Keeps informed of all new developments within the department
- Balances multiple priorities simultaneously and meets deadlines, often in stressful and high-pressure situations
- Follow all company security and validation procedures to ensure only authorized individuals or owners can access vehicles
- Follow the ingress and egress processes designed for the property
- Operate and park both automatic and stick shift vehicles
- Follow all cash handling procedures
- Works with safety as a priority, and follows department and company safety standards
- Maintains relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training
- Performs any other job-related duties as assigned
