Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or above
- required to obtain and maintain registration or license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission
- must have a Massachusetts driver’s license
- ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls
- ability to reach with hands and arms
- ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, stretch, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- essential physical ability to lift or maneuver at least 50 pounds
- ability to work varying schedules
- ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
- ability to follow company security and validation procedures
- ability to operate both automatic and manual vehicles safely
- ability to adhere to cash handling procedures
- ability to work in elevated places and with electrically or mechanically energized equipment
- ability to use proper personal protective equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- culinary arts, hospitality or related education or experience preferred
- minimum 3 years of experience preferred
- knowledge of Microsoft Office a plus
- outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
- excellent attention to detail
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents
- ability to respond to common inquiries from employees or guests
- conversational English required
- second language a plus
- ability to write instructions

- ability to compute basic mathematical calculations

Job Duties
- Ensures all Encore Boston Harbor core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied
- participates in short-and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
- monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness
- effects changes required for improvement
- balances multiple priorities simultaneously and meets deadlines
- follows all company security and validation procedures to ensure only authorized individuals or owners can access vehicles
- follows the ingress and egress processes designed for the property
- operates and parks both automatic and stick shift vehicles
- follows all cash handling procedures
- works with safety as a priority, and follows department and company safety standards
- maintains relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training
- performs any other job-related duties as assigned
