Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid California Driver's License
  • No major traffic citations in the past three years
  • No more than two minor traffic violations in the past three years
  • Ability to stand and jog 100 percent of the shift
  • Ability to safely operate vehicles with standard and automatic transmissions
  • Obtain and maintain a Gaming License with Gaming Commission
  • Completion of First Aid/AED certification
  • Successful completion of TIPS training
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and perform job duties in varying work areas
  • Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • One year of high-level customer service experience preferred
  • Valid California Driver's License with no major traffic citations in the past three years and no more than two minor violations
  • Proven ability to safely operate passenger vehicles with standard and automatic transmissions
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License
  • Completion of First Aid/AED certification and TIPS training
  • Ability to stand and jog for the entirety of the shift
  • Excellent phone and radio etiquette
  • Knowledgeable about casino and resort amenities, promotions, and events

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly, fast, and helpful guest service
  • Ensure courteous and prompt attention to guest requests or complaints
  • Greet arriving and departing guests
  • Park guest vehicles in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner
  • Retrieve guest vehicles from specified areas in an efficient and safe manner
  • Perform drive-and-park assignments per department policies and procedures
  • Report any incidents promptly to the Valet Supervisor
  • Provide information to guests about valet services, casino amenities, promotions, and events
  • Rotate duties including dispatching, vehicle washing, transporting guests via golf cart, and assisting in property safety protocols
