Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid California Driver's License
- No major traffic citations in the past three years
- No more than two minor traffic violations in the past three years
- Ability to stand and jog 100 percent of the shift
- Ability to safely operate vehicles with standard and automatic transmissions
- Obtain and maintain a Gaming License with Gaming Commission
- Completion of First Aid/AED certification
- Successful completion of TIPS training
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and perform job duties in varying work areas
- Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- One year of high-level customer service experience preferred
- Valid California Driver's License with no major traffic citations in the past three years and no more than two minor violations
- Proven ability to safely operate passenger vehicles with standard and automatic transmissions
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License
- Completion of First Aid/AED certification and TIPS training
- Ability to stand and jog for the entirety of the shift
- Excellent phone and radio etiquette
- Knowledgeable about casino and resort amenities, promotions, and events
Job Duties
- Provide friendly, fast, and helpful guest service
- Ensure courteous and prompt attention to guest requests or complaints
- Greet arriving and departing guests
- Park guest vehicles in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner
- Retrieve guest vehicles from specified areas in an efficient and safe manner
- Perform drive-and-park assignments per department policies and procedures
- Report any incidents promptly to the Valet Supervisor
- Provide information to guests about valet services, casino amenities, promotions, and events
- Rotate duties including dispatching, vehicle washing, transporting guests via golf cart, and assisting in property safety protocols
